容易被误诊的颈椎病

这一案例被山东威海市颈椎病研究所李至国医生等人收录在误诊病例库中,他们专门研究了该所1997年3月至2002年3月的37例脊髓型颈椎病误诊病例,文章发表在2003年第12期的《医疗误诊学》杂志上。


颈椎病专家黄荣如类似对颈椎病的误诊现象较为普遍,先生也曾接触过多起这样的病例。他告诉本刊记者,有一个16岁的女孩,因为颈椎问题引起背部疼痛,她妈妈带她去看了5家医院,有3家诊断为心理障碍。结果最后,通过脊椎矫正治好了疾病。

医生诊断颈椎病一般通过两种途径,一是看临床症状,二是看影像学是否显示颈椎间盘或椎关节发生退行性改变。如果两者都符合,一般可确诊为颈椎病。
